A lot of people have an original, it's not that hard to get hold off. Prices vary from 10 Pounds Sterling to 70 Pounds Sterling. If you are willing to pay that amount, then there are plenty of places to get it from.

Quotearie, your collection is quite good, sure!
Thank you :)

Quotebut I got some inquiries to make to you ;) ,do you know anyone who has the mixmag tape given away in october 1994 with the only(till date) official release of we eat rhythm??
it would be mindblowing to have it...
I had it twice, but traded one with Neko. Now I have one left. But like Antz wrote, it's not a MixMag cassette, it's by Select Magazine. I never listen to it really. I burned a copy of it on CDR, so I always listen to that one. But it's not that hard to get hold off really... seen it quite a few times.

Quotebut this is worse ;D.... who the fuck has xlt 76,that is to say, one of the 10 test pressnig copies of mindfields??
or the 50 cassettes? do you know anyone? :P
Last thing I heard is that one copy had been given to Jon Carter, all other records had been thrown away. As for the cassette it had been sent to several people. But I don't know anyone who has it really...

QuoteCall that a collection?? I've got bum fluff bigger than that!
I assume you have a bigger collection then, no? ;) Post a link since we're eager to see it. You can check out a list of my own Prodigy collection at www.the-prodigy.org. I haven't updated it for quite some time either, but it's probably more than your 'bum fluff' ;)

Sam, no need for swearing.

The Jungle Remix does not exist. Yes, there is a remix of We Eat Rhythm, but there is no official title for this remix. The name Jungle Remix is given to it by fans, not by The Prodigy.

As for Brainstorm, there is no Prodigy track under this name. There is one live track though which has been given this name by fans, but what the official name is for this link is again unknown.

But if you would have read my posting(s) properly then you would have noticed that I already said the same thing; see quote below:

The track Brainstorm does not exist. This is a made up title by a fan just like the Jungle Remix of We Eat Rhythm is as a title. You can find this track on several live bootlegs, but I don't know by heart which ones. It won't be called Brainstorm on all bootlegs either of course, please keep that in mind.

I also state above that you can find this so-called Brainstorm link on several live bootlegs. What I forgot to mention is that you can find the so-called Jungle Remix on the official video Electronic Punks.

To conclude my case:
Next time please read before letting your emotions explode. Like I already wrote both tracks do indeed exist, but not under these titles. The titles are given to the tracks by fans and they have not been confirmed till this day by either The Prodigy or their management.

Please also visit my own web site at www.the-prodigy.org and click the Tracks link to find a list of all official Prodigy tracks available. There are still a few mistakes and all in this list, but if you have any questions, then please ask me again here.

I hope this helped you a bit further.

Josh, which link is not working? I tried all links which I could find on this page and all work properly. Please point me in the right direction so that I can make some adjustments to the specific message(s).

That'll be Everybody In The Place then yeh?

The 5-track to be precise which includes Rip Up The Sound System. It was withdrawn after one or two weeks after it's release. I thought it was one week...

Haven't seen any of those ever to be honest, but there might very well be some of them somewhere. Never pressed on silver for as far as I know, only on CDR I would say then or on other formats.

And now that we are talking about concerts we are after, I am looking for their gig at the Westergasfabriek in Amsterdam in 1998. I've been there and I would very much like it on CDR. Someone?

I think Des and me will go quite far to get what we want hehe ;)

You love it, I hate it ;)

At the moment I'm not willing to spend that much money on this record. I still have some leads to this whitelabel and it might be cheaper then. Otherwise, I will have to wait for a new chance.

Congratulations Des, good job :)

Like I already wrote:

Some people are willing to spend a small fortune on such an item, people like me ;)

Reasonable would be if you would get it for free since it has been given away to a lot of people back in about 1993. Some people paid for it, but probably not more then $10. You can't really tell the value of a record. Some people are willing to spend a small fortune on such an item, people like me ;) I already own Earthbound 2 and Scienide, so this would be a welcome addition to my collection indeed :)

OK, so the publishers have chosen. the title for my new book will be....

'prodigy'

nothing more, nothing less. Imaginative isn't it?
Could have been worse though hehe ;)
Anyway, here's a link to Amazon where the book can be ordered (not quite yet though):

http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/1860743560/qid%3D1017669125/sr%3D2-3/re/202-1338758-0255022

'Revieled'
'Facts'
'Never outgunned'
'Nuclear'
'The Full Story'
'Behind The Scenes'
'Live and Direct' or 'Live & Direct'
'In Your Face'
'The Next Dimension' (Or is the word 'dimention'? Not English from origin you know...)
'In The Picture'
'Rock Your Mindfields' or 'Rock the Mindfields'

Some of the titles are probably very... ehm, corny... is that the right word for it? I hope this helps you a bit though mate. I will see if I can think of different titles... Good luck!

I don't have the book with me since I'm at work at the moment ;) so I can't tell you. This evening I'll be leaving for a long weekend to France, so I can't tell you untill next week Tuesday I'm afraid. By heart, it's about 1,2 CM thick, so you might be able to take a guess yourself.

It's a good book, very good even. Besides photos there's some text. Only short parts, but good quotes if you ask me. The photos are very nice, good detail. A lot of unknown pictures too. Defenitely worth the money if you ask me.
