The Prodigy’s Liam Howlett has scored a new Netflix horror movie, ‘Choose or Die’. Check out the trailer below.
Formerly titled CURS>R, the film stars Sex Education’s Asa Butterfield, The 100’s Lola Evan’s and Sherlock Holmes’ Eddie Marsan, as well as Robert Englund, who is best known for playing Freddie Krueger in the horror classic, Nightmare On Elm Street.
Directed by Toby Meakins, ‘Choose Or Die’ follows a young coder who, after rebooting an ‘80s horror survival video game, accidentally unleashes a curse that tears reality apart, with deadly consequences. The film will be available globally from 15th April.
Howlett has created an appropriately dark and creepy score for the flick, marking his first work as a composer for film. His music with The Prodigy has featured in various blockbusters over the years, including The Matrix, Kick Ass and Repo Men. Most recently, he produced a rework of the classic Prodigy track ‘Breathe’ alongside Wu-Tang Clan’s RZA and René LaVice for Fast and Furious 9.
