Why should it?

Believe me, there are several people who would prevent that.

no prodigy album sucks! and beside, "nuclear" and "trigger" kick so much ass that I can't wait for the next album to come out!!

Basscadet (Guest)

I don't know if you guyz like the chemical brothers, but I do. And their previous albums were very good, but the last one "come with us" sucks ass, I Liked it for, let's say, one week. It grew old so quickly that I lost most of my respect for the band. The chemical brothers worked 18 months on their new album, I just hope that liam didn't reach his climax with fat of the land (although I think, music for the jilted generation is the best) . Let's just hope that liam won't dissappoint us fans.
P.S.: nuclear sucks, it's a good thing the new album is turning out to be quite electronic
Anyway, no matter what, I'll always be a prodigy fan

Have you heard it yourself live at a concert? It sounds much better if you are there yourself than when you hear it from MP3. Also, it is not said yet that both Trigger and Nuclear will appear on the new album (if there will be one). They might be only meant as 'fillers' for their live performances like Rock 'n' Roll and Gabba.

Ekko

You're right about the Chems, I had the same feeling with the last two albums. I needed a day to get used to them, liked them about five days very very much and now I don't wanna hear it anymore, it's like worn out

The new chemical brother album is awsome, but then i am into all kinds of music, and i mean all kinds of music.

I must admit it took me a while to get used to, to notice all the sounds, now i LOVE the album!

But then, i have had DYOH since it came out and only now have i released how great it is - why? Because i haved learned to love all music (but pop... well dido is kinda relaxing, plus shes a h0t brit i want her UNF! cough.. anyway). Give it a chance, it will grow on your, believe me.

I hated star guitar btw - now again i love it :)

Yeah, but it already grew on me and now it's grown out...
EPD & DYOH are pure dope, I loved them from the start and I never stopped.
FOTL for example wasn't that exciting to me at first, I liked SMBU and Climbatize and wasn't that much into the rest.
Later I discovered the brilliance of it and never questioned it since then.
But the new Chems stuff isn't that deep, you know, you can't discover that much in the music. They're cool for in between something. It's just, they get bpring very soon. But great if you already like it, that proves that the Brothers still make happy their fans.
Oh, I looove the video to Star Guitar, anyone seen yet?

I know, nuclear reminds me too much of fuel my fire, and personally I don't really like that song. Trigger is not the case for a live exclusive, this song has all the potential of being on the cd, maybe even a single potential (who knows ? if liam can't make anything better, but I'm sure he will). And indeed, with the chemical brothers I do not the depth and energy I feel with the prodigy, and for acid twin, I promise you, come with us, won't last long. In the beginning, I was hypin' the album to all my musiclistenin' friends, but after a week the devotion dropped below zero. Maybe it will last longer with you, and I hope it will. Does everybody like the dirtchamber sessions, by the way. In the beginning I thought, it was crap, but every time I listened to it, I liked it more and more, now, it's one of my most favorite cd's.

greetz, basscadet

It's a good thing the albums being delayed
That means Liam's got all the freedom in the world and the album won't be rushed like Jilted - it's gonna be good don't worry!!
you've got to open up your eyes and see the light

the album will be good.

Yeah, exactly, same here. Both cases.
I expected the DIrtchamber to be more dirty, more Prodigy.
But in fact, it is dirty, it's just not Prodigy. Just the influences.
But I think if you fell a bit into it, you can really get the Prodigy-vibe back. All those old tunes, they're all pure dopetracks (at least to me). I think Liam has an excellent musical taste. To be honest, I discovered loads of great bands and vibes through him and the D-Session.
