The difference is in the package it has a kind of wax coating and darker colours. the cd is the same as far as I can tell.
Other differences are the NZ record lables.

No its the offical New Zealand CD release I am looking at it right now it even has New Zealand writen on it.
BTW it is alittle better that the UK version, as I have both.
