From Martin Roach’s “Electronic Punks”:
Ziggy had informed [the band] that they had been booked to play Beckton’s Raindance the next week. For all of the band this was the biggest success so far. After all, Raindace was the major show and one that they had all wanted to play. So only ten shows after they played their first ever PA to 250 people in Dalston, the were playing in front of 10 000 heaving bodies at Raindance.
