What is a bootleg record? A bootleg recording is an audio or video recording of a performance that was not officially released by the artist or under other legal authority. The process of making and distributing such recordings is known as bootlegging. In fact it's a pirate release. Bootlegs usually consist of either unreleased studio recordings, rare non-album tracks or live performances, with an unpredictable level of quality. You can't buy bootlegs from your local super market but bootlegs are usually sold in special record stores/expos or in pirate markets and of course nowadays you can buy or trade them via internet. Most of the bootlegs come from Russia or Asia.
If you got some other bootlegs to this page, please send the info/sleeves to me. Or if you are interested in trading and you want trade with me, please send your lists to me!
